Providing Insight Through Therapy and Assessment
Tracey Shontz is a part-time outpatient mental health counselor who obtained her master’s degree in counseling through California University of Pennsylvania.  She is currently working toward getting her Licensed Professional Counselor certification. Tracey has been providing mental health services in Bedford County since 1996 working with both adolescents and adults. Her areas of clinical interest include depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, anger management, stress management, and self-improvement. Tracey uses various approaches to therapy including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Counseling, mindfulness/meditation, and positive psychology.  Tracey’s enjoys yoga, meditation, and spending time with her children and cats.
