Hopeton Bailey is a Certified Grief and Counseling Specialist (CGCS) and obtained his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Hopeton works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are struggling with a variety of interpersonal/intrapersonal, substance use, and mental health problems. Hopeton has extensive training in Trauma (PTSD) and Grief and Loss. Hopeton’s clinical interest include anxiety, depression, anger management, marital/family conflict, stress management, substance use disorder, self-improvement, trauma, and grief and loss. He has a background and therapeutic skills including Person-Centered counseling, Gestalt therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Structural/Strategic family therapy, Mindfulness/Meditation, Trauma Focus therapy (PTSD), Grief and Loss therapy, Reality/Choice therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Brief Solution Focus therapy.
